D Suresh Babu, the presenter of SS Rajamouli’s sci-fi film Eega, has announced that the film will be released on May 30. This puts an end to the speculation surrounding the film’s date with Box Office.
The makers had thought of releasing the film in April. However, the complex graphic works are said to be causing the delay. The perfectionist streak in Rajamouli just doesn’t settle for anything less than a fantastic output.
The film has been generating unprecedented craze on the netscape ever since the trailer was released. Among others, Bollywood’s avant-garde director Anurag Kashyap is awaiting the film’s release.

The most awaited socio-fantasy movie of star director SS Rajamouli Eega has completed its production and post-production formalities and getting ready to release soon. As per the latest reports the makers of the Eega are planning to release it on May 30th.

Nani and Samantha are playing female lead. Kannada super star Sudeep is playing the antagonist of the film. The movie is being dubbed in Tamil as Naan Ee and will have a simultaneous release with Telugu version. Keeravani has scored wonderful tunes for this film.

The story of the film revolves around a house-fly (Eega).The protagonist of the film dies in the hands of villain and will be reborn as Eega. How he takes revenge on the antagonist is the rest of the story. The film is made on a whopping budget and has lot of special effects.

Ram Gopal Varma is might impressed with Rajamouli and Sudeep.

RGV sung praises for Eega through a social networking site. He said, “Eega trailer is superb. I have no doubts that it will be the best vfx film to come out of India.” Impressed by director Rajamouli he wrote, “The max life span of EEGA is a week but director RAJAMOULI for sure will extend it to 25 weeks. In sheer conceptual originality Eega looks like its miles ahead of Rajamoulis earlier blockbuster Magadheera.”

Sudeep plays an important role in the film. RGV couldn’t stop himself from writing about Sudeep too. “Sudeep in the trailer is truly remarkable. I always knew that he was a great actor but looks like Rajamouli made him outreach himself by leaps and bounds,” he concluded.
