Hyderabad, News: As per the Reports, TDP Leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao had submitted his Resignation letter to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu.
As Motkupalli Narasimhulu and Revanth Reddy are given more prominence in the party and nomination of T.Devender Goud for the Rajyasabha seat who once left the party, are the issues on which he is unsatisfied is reported.
Related to the same, his resignation letter is sumbitted to the TDP Chief two days back.The decision on the approval of his resignation is not yet taken by the chief. But Errabelli comments that the news about his resignation is only created by the media and is not genuine.

The case pertains to an incident that occurred during Station Ghanpur bypoll campaign on March 7 at Zafargad mandal’s Gandhi chowk area, where Mr Dayakar Rao reportedly used filthy language and warned the local SI, Mr G. Ranjit Kumar, in the course of his official duty.

Sources said Mr Dayakar Rao, who was campaigning in support of Desam’s Station Ghanpur nominee Mr Kadiam Srihari, did not heed to the request of Mr Ranjit Kumar to leave the place even after exceeding their 12 noon time limit, which was permitted by the local police as their canvassing period.

The SI wanted the TD men to leave the campaign venue fearing law and order problem as there were then reports of TD men ing a group of KUJAC members at the nearby Vaddeguden village. However, Mr Dayakar Rao objected to Mr Ranjit’s plea by replying in a filthy language leading to registration of a criminal case under non-bailable under Section 353 of IPC in Zafargad police station against the former.
